A little over a month ago, I had the privilege of stepping onto the iconic red dot and delivering a TEDx talk. It was part of TEDxWolverhampton, themed around Curiosity, Creativity, and Creation, and my talk focused on something I’ve come to believe makes a huge difference in business, leadership, and life:

In my career, I’ve seen how the quality of the question can change the quality of the outcome. Whether it’s leading teams, serving customers, navigating change, or just trying to figure out what’s next… the questions we ask (and how we ask them) can open up creativity, unlock potential, and lead to fundamental transformation.
