Turn. Charge. Grow

Sometimes, running a business feels like you’re standing in the path of a storm.

When storms sweep across the plains of North America, cows try to run away.

They panic, turn, and flee, but they can’t outrun it. So, they stay in the storm longer.

They don’t wait. They don’t hide from the hard stuff.

They turn into the challenge and ask better questions.

  • “What’s holding us back?”
  • “What decision am I avoiding?”
  • “What does success look like?”
  • “If I were starting from scratch, would I still do it this way?”

Progress starts with the question you’ve been avoiding.

When I work with clients, it’s rarely a lack of talent, effort, or ambition that’s in the way.

It’s clarity. And clarity doesn’t come from running. It comes from reflection.

You get there faster when you face the thing you’ve been skirting around.

The project. The performance issue. The pricing. The pivot.

You don’t need all the answers.

But you do need to start asking better questions.

That’s how you move from stuck to sharp. From firefighting to focused. From dragging your feet to real momentum.
